Return Process

All our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used products cannot be returned or refunded.

• We are not responsible for any damage after delivery.
• Return requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Dev Kripa
• Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered.
• Shipping charges to be borne by the customer should they choose to return an item. Dev Kripa  will refund the charges only if the item fails our quality check. 

In general, an item may be eligible for return within 5 days from the date of product delivery if it fulfills any of the following conditions:

• Sold in a physically damaged condition.
• Has missing parts or accessories.
  
  
  

  Refund Process

  We will consider a refund on products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Dev Kripa within 5 days of delivery. Once the request is confirmed, we will arrange a reverse pick-up of the product. Please keep all the original packaging and broken products. A refund is processed within 24 hours after the returned item has passed internal quality checks. The refund amount should reflect in your bank account within 12-15 business days of receipt of the product. All charges will be borne by Dev Kripa in case of a refund of a damaged product.

  No refund is offered on shipments that are not accepted by the customer. 

  If an order is returned to us if – (1) incorrect address is provided by the customer at the time of placing an order, or (2) customer is unreachable or unavailable at the time of delivery – the total amount paid will NOT be refunded, due to the fragile nature of the products. We can ship the products again to the customer at an additional shipping charge. 

  In case of any discrepancies faced with the delivery of the order, the customer is required to notify Dev Kripa within 24 hours of the incident for us to review the same. No assistance will be provided after this time period.  

  No refund is offered on used items or items purchased using a discount code.
